Silicone for manufacturing Lovi teats and plastics for manufacturing Lovi bottles are sourced from suppliers who carry strict testing and review to ensure the quality and safety of products before receiving clearance for use in baby  feeding applications. Our suppliers are constantly graded through audits, levels of standards fulfillment, and rigorous quality control of deliveries.

The manufacturing of Lovi bottles and nipples is located in a single location in Poland. This guarantees full quality control in every step of the manufacturing process, beginning with source components, through manufacturing, and ending in the final product.
Each dynamic nipple, before packaging and release for sale, goes through two quality inspections: a visual inspection, conducted by property trained technicians, and mechanical inspection of proper air venting. All Lovi products are factory packaged in Poland. Due to the nature of the intended use of Lovi accessories, we strongly emphasize that packaging be airtight and durable to properly safeguard products from the outside environment.

The manufacturing process of Lovi products is based on the ISO 9001:2008 system of standards of quality management.
